Projects Factory: service that allows creating personalized software solutions for the needs of each client. It includes the traditional cycle of projects with fixed price, with well defined stages of survey, analysis, codification, tests and implantation.

Baseline: this service format involves recurring demands of software development. In this format, the staff is dimensioned and validated according to the current demand, and remains dedicated and ready for attendance, working remotely or in the client’s environment. Further, through a system available via web, all the calls are followed and the SLA´s (Service Level Agreements) verified, generating monitoring statistics of the contract and adjustments if necessary.
