Challenge
Faced with the pandemic scenario, the client was unable to hold the mandatory annual meetings in person; therefore, they needed to arrange a first online meeting in a very short timeframe.
Solution
The project enabled the branch offices to strengthen the relationship with their members using a responsive and innovative platform which led to an increasing participation in the Assemblies. In addition, with the agile live transmission of events and interactions, members exercised their voting power in real time and defined the future of the Cooperative in a secure and transparent manner. In this project, inclusion was the keyword, as the members’ right to vote could be fulfilled with the use of any available technological platform and access to the internet.
Results
Increase in the number of participants, 60% of the associates who participated in the 2021 digital assemblies did not participate in the in-person meetings during 2019 and 2020.
