With the exception of DBC Company’s partners and management team, anyone can refer professionals;
Vacancies included in the program will be announced on the website with their respective description and expiration date of the referral;
The referred resume must be sent via the form;
Only referrals made within the period specified will be accepted;
Referrals of resumes that are already participating in the selection process will not be considered and, in case this happens, you should be notified by email by the Personnel Management team;
- Self-referrals will not be considered for reward payment;
The referred professional must be hired and start working for the reward to be paid. Referrals are valid for 180 days;
If the referred professional is hired at a later time for jobs that are not contemplated by the program, no reward will be paid;
The PLATINUM referral bonus is R$2,500 and will be paid after the employee starts working at DBC Company. The payment of the bonus should be made through a bank deposit in the account of the referrer on the 15th day of the month for the referral of collaborators hired between the 21st and 5th day of the month. For those hired between days 6 and 20, payment should be made on the 30th day of the month;
The GOLD referral bonus is R$1,600 and will be paid after the employee starts working at DBC Company. The payment of the bonus should be made through a bank deposit in the account of the referrer on the 15th day of the month for the referral of Collaborators hired between the 21st and 5th day of the month. For those hired between days 6 and 20, payment should be made on the 30th day of the month;
The SILVER referral bonus is R$1,000 and will be paid after the employee starts working at DBC Company. The payment of the bonus should be made through a bank deposit in the account of the referrer on the 15th day of the month for the referral of collaborators hired between the 21st and 5th day of the month. For those hired between days 6 and 20, payment should be made on the 30th day of the month;
The BRONZE referral bonus is R$500 and will be paid after the collaborators starts working at DBC Company. The payment of the bonus should be made through a bank deposit in the account of the referrer on the 15th day of the month for the referral of collaborators hired between the 21st and 5th day of the month. For those hired between days 6 and 20, payment should be made on the 30th day of the month;
